All items must be returned unused,
in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

• Exchange the item for another product available on the

• Exchange the item in-store
• Receive a voucher valid for 6 months from the date of
  issue

• Visit any of our stores (Dbayeh, Ashrafieh, or Verdun)
  to complete your exchange

  to schedule a pickup from your location

 Refund:

Refunds will be processed using the
original payment method:

• Credit card payments will be refunded to the same card
  used during purchase
• Cash payments will be refunded in-store or through our
  customer service team

International:

Exchange options:

You may request an exchange by
contacting our customer service team on +961 81 990 438.
A pickup will be arranged from your location through our delivery partners
(Aramex or UPS).

• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the
  customer
• For exchanged items above $300, we offer door-to-door
  delivery including all duties and taxes

Refund:
