Tasks & Responsibilities
Operation
• Daily Replenishment, Transfers Between shops, weekly transfers.
• In charge of the warehouse & shops inventory (twice per year or when needed).
• In charge of the inventory result, matching discrepancies, stock adjustment, reporting for management.
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of all stores.
• Control the Regular Price Updates, Discounts etc on the POS…
• In charge of the preparation and the activation of the shops discounts and offers
• Coordination with the brand manager about the ETA of the new collections
• Creations of the item card in advance & purchase orders
• Prepare files for pricing, statistical reports & dispatching for the pricing of new goods arrival.
• Follow up with Warehouse team and support on Tags (price Labels), Alarms & Barcodes
• Follow up cleaning companies in charge of the stores and the admin
• Follow up on the maintenance of all office and shops (Ac, Boecker, Electrician, carpenter, plumber, painter, company vehicle ….)
• In charge of Liban post / Aramex / Skynet transactions
• In charge of the reporting tools of our client’s database (1st of each month)
• In charge to checking duplicate client’s cards or files
• Checking the shops weekly schedule
• Calculation of working hours duties
Technical / IT
• In charge of solving problems occurring at pos: invoices/ loyalty points
• In charge of the finger punch recognition in shops
• Follow up on fire alarms systems, Camera’s, DVR’s, laptop, printers and all hardware
• follow up with software and hardware companies on technical problems: Megatek, Ctserv, IDM, Guardia, GDS, Pro bureau
